Cancellation/Damage Deposit Terms & Conditions
Cancellations:
If we receive notification of cancellation a minimum of 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund all monies paid less a $150 cancellation fee. If we receive notification of cancellation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, a $200 cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, no refunds will be issued, no exceptions. Once the vacation has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
Damage :
If no cancellation has taken place the deposit paid to reserve the property will be held as a damage deposit. This will be refunded in full after a satisfactory 'property vacate inspection'.
If damages have been noted property during the 'property vacate inspection' the deposit will be reduced by an applicable amount to the damage sustained.
Balance of Payment:
The balance of payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
